Build timers like playlists.
Most interval timers make you fill in a form. Interval Studio gives you a timeline. Drag blocks into order, give each one its own colour, photo, video or soundtrack, and press play.
BLOCK 1 / 6

00:30
Three screens, no menus
Pick a routine, build one, or run one. That's the whole app.
What's in it
-
Send a routine to a friend
Built a Tabata your training partner wants? Share it straight from the app — Messages, Mail, AirDrop, anywhere. They open it and it lands in their Interval Studio, ready to play. Bundle the photos and audio with it, or send just the structure.
-
Tags keep it tidy
Label routines workout, focus, stretching, meditation, study — or invent your own — then filter the list to whatever you're doing today. Twenty routines stay as easy to navigate as three.
-
A block can be anything
Solid colour, a photo from your library, or a looping video — full screen while the block runs. Add an MP3 on top and it mixes with whatever you already had playing.
-
Keeps going when the screen is off
A Live Activity puts the current block and its countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Notifications land at the end of every block.
-
Twenty blocks in one tap
The bulk generator makes repeated blocks instantly, so an eight-round Tabata takes about five seconds to build.
-
Your own numbers
Minutes per day, week and month, routines completed, and a card you can post if you want to. Kept on your phone either way.

Interval timers have quietly become subscriptions. This one is a single purchase: everything you see here is included the moment you install it, and it keeps working whether or not I ship another update.
- No subscription. One payment, no renewal, no expiry.
- No ads. Not a banner, not an interstitial, not one frame of video.
- No account. Nothing to sign up for, no email, no password.
- No tracking. The app has no networking code at all.
- No locked "pro" tier. Photos, video, audio, Live Activity, stats, sharing — all of it, from the first launch.
Nothing leaves your phone
Interval Studio has no accounts, no servers, no ads and no analytics. It has no networking code at all. Your routines, the photos and audio you attach, and your stats live in the app's own storage and go nowhere else. Delete the app and iOS takes all of it with you.
This website is a different thing, and it would be strange to claim otherwise: it uses Google Analytics to count visits, and only after you agree. You can say no and the site works exactly the same. Read the privacy policy.
