Build timers like playlists.

Most interval timers make you fill in a form. Interval Studio gives you a timeline. Drag blocks into order, give each one its own colour, photo, video or soundtrack, and press play.

BLOCK 1 / 6

Neck rolls

00:30

Three screens, no menus

Pick a routine, build one, or run one. That's the whole app.

The Interval Studio home screen listing three routines, each with a coloured timeline strip showing its blocks.
Your routines Each strip is the routine's real shape — you can read the work-to-rest ratio before you tap.
The full-screen player showing the block name Neck rolls and a large 00:30 countdown on a sky-blue background.
The player Full screen, in the block's own colour, readable from across the room.
The routine builder showing six draggable blocks with colour swatches and durations.
The builder Drag to reorder, swipe to delete, or generate twenty blocks at once.

Buy it, own it, done.

Interval timers have quietly become subscriptions. This one is a single purchase: everything you see here is included the moment you install it, and it keeps working whether or not I ship another update.

  • No subscription. One payment, no renewal, no expiry.
  • No ads. Not a banner, not an interstitial, not one frame of video.
  • No account. Nothing to sign up for, no email, no password.
  • No tracking. The app has no networking code at all.
  • No locked "pro" tier. Photos, video, audio, Live Activity, stats, sharing — all of it, from the first launch.

Nothing leaves your phone

Interval Studio has no accounts, no servers, no ads and no analytics. It has no networking code at all. Your routines, the photos and audio you attach, and your stats live in the app's own storage and go nowhere else. Delete the app and iOS takes all of it with you.

This website is a different thing, and it would be strange to claim otherwise: it uses Google Analytics to count visits, and only after you agree. You can say no and the site works exactly the same. Read the privacy policy.
